How do I get to your place?
Click here for detailed directions and a map. The address for your GPS is: Quellenweg 10, 3652 Hilterfingen, Switzerland
Where can I park?
There is a free parking space available right in front of the house. It is located at the entrance below the house and is marked with the name of your apartment.
Can I also get there by public transportation?
Absolutely. From Thun or Interlaken, there’s usually a bus to Hilterfingen four times an hour. A steep footpath—with stairs in some places—leads to our house in about 10 minutes. You can find detailed information here. We recommend packing your luggage in a backpack. If you’re traveling with wheeled suitcases, please follow the directions for cars.
Is there an elevator?
No, our “Aurora” apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible only via the stairwell. You’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Our “Gaia” apartment, on the other hand, is accessible at ground level—though it is not wheelchair-accessible.
When can I move into my apartment?
Your apartment is usually available starting at 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. If that’s too late for you, please email us at info@quelle10.ch. We’ll do our best to find a solution. Upon request, you can safely store your luggage before check-in.
How does the key handover work?
Key pickup usually takes place without any direct contact with the hosts. You’ll find a key box next to the door to your apartment. Before your arrival, you’ll receive a personal access code via email.
Do we have access to the garden?
A garden seating area is available to all guests. It is located near the garden gate and by the main entrance to the house. All other areas of the garden are private.
Where are the nearest places to shop?
There are three supermarkets right on the main street: Migros, Denner, and Coop. You can walk there in about 10 minutes.
What are some things to do, and what's worth visiting?
Our region offers numerous places to visit. Some are within walking distance, while others are easily accessible by car or public transportation. Here you’ll find our favorite spots and a selection of outing ideas.
Can we bring our pets?
No, pets are not allowed here.
Where am I allowed to smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. However, you may smoke on the balcony and outdoors.
What else do you offer?
In addition to accommodations, you can book private yoga lessons with us. You can find more information here.
How do I get into the apartment?
The entrance is located on the upper side of the house and can be reached from the parking lot by crossing the street and going through the garden gate. Use the glass door on the left, marked “Aurora,” to enter the stairwell. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
How do I open the windows?
The large windows and the glass front leading to the balcony require a bit of finesse. The secret, however, is that you must first open one handle before you can fully open the windows with the other handle and slide them to the side. Look for the numbers “1” and “2”—if you follow the correct order, it’ll work without a hitch.
Can I do my laundry during my stay?
Yes, the "Aurora" apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer combo. An instruction manual is provided.
How do I get into the apartment?
The entrance is located on the lower level of the building, directly across from the parking spaces. Next to the front door, the apartment is marked “Gaia.”
Can I do my laundry during my stay?

How do I book an apartment?

How can I pay?

What time is check-out?
